Decent grow kit experience
So I grabbed one of their Complete Grow Kits, the one with the SF1000. It came pretty fast, like five days tops. Everything was packed well. Putting it all together wasn't too hard, just followed the instructions. The light works, the tent is a tent. It's doing the job. Easy enough for a first timer, I guess.
Great light and support
I ordered the SF2000 LED Grow Light a couple of weeks ago. The ordering process on their website was pretty straightforward, no issues there. Shipping took 6 days to get to me in Arizona, which was within the timeframe they estimated. When it arrived, one of the hanging wires seemed a little off, so I contacted customer support. They replied within a day and sent out a replacement right away, which was excellent service. The light itself seems well-built, and the full spectrum LED is performing great for my plants. It was easy to set up and hang in my tent. Very happy with the purchase overall.
Good value, minor shipping dent
I purchased the G5000 LED Grow Light during a seasonal promotion, and the price was quite competitive for the features. The light itself is performing very well, providing strong, even coverage for my plants, and the dimmable option is a plus. However, the box had a small dent on one corner when it arrived. The light inside was thankfully fine, but it made me a bit nervous unboxing it. Shipping took 8 days to the East Coast. Overall, it's a good product for the money, but packaging could be a little sturdier for larger items.
